Three distinct work modes—Rate mode, Time Volume mode, and Dosage Weight mode—provide clinicians with versatile dosing options tailored to individual patient requirements.
Advanced safety features include audible and visual alarms for occlusion, empty syringe, low battery, end of infusion, syringe loose, and incorrect settings. The pump's stackable design allows multiple units to be combined for simultaneous multi-solution administration, expanding clinical applications. Automatic KVO (keep-vein-open) functionality maintains vein patency post-infusion, with adjustable rates from 0.1ml/h to 10ml/h. One-hand operation in a no-germ environment and automatic recording of infusion settings (up to 2000 records on MD910s) enhance workflow efficiency and clinical documentation.
