Clinical overview
The MD09X is a portable, wrist-worn multiparameter patient monitor designed for continuous and spot-check monitoring in clinical, acute care, and home settings. The device simultaneously displays two-channel waveforms of ECG, respiration, blood pressure, and SpO2, enabling rapid assessment of patient hemodynamic and respiratory status. The 2.4-inch TFT color display (320×240 resolution) provides clear visualization of real-time waveforms and trend data, supporting clinical decision-making and early detection of abnormal cardiac rhythms and vital sign changes.
Advanced signal processing includes abnormal ECG detection (tachycardia, bradycardia, VPC, bigeminal rhythm, trigeminal rhythm, RonT, VTAC, escape beat, and sinus arrest), ST-segment measurement, and pacing pulse suppression. The NIBP module automatically identifies adult and child patients and adjusts measurement parameters accordingly. SpO2 measurement incorporates anti-low perfusion and motion artifact detection for reliable readings in challenging clinical environments. Embedded data storage, 96-hour trend analysis, and dual-mode alarms (visual and audible) ensure comprehensive patient surveillance and timely clinical alerts.
