Return Policy
FREE Returns within 30 Days! Items purchased from our website can be returned within 30 days of receipt for most domestic orders. Returns must be processed through our Online Returns Center. Free returns apply to orders shipped within the contiguous U.K. Some products may have specific return policies, such as post-surgical garments.
Eligible Products for Return
- Must be unopened and unused.
- Original packaging with intact safety seals.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving delivery.
- Once authorized, the product must be returned within 10 business days.
- Customer is responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage.
Return Process & Refunds
- Orthopromed UK Limited reserves the right to inspect returned items.
- Customers may be charged a fee if the product’s condition is misrepresented or damaged.
- Denied returns will be disposed of immediately.
- Once received, it takes about 5 business days to process the return.
- Refunds appear in the customer’s account within an additional 5 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to an Orthopromed UK Limited error.

Damaged or Defective Items

- If a returned item is found to be functional or improperly packed, fees may apply.

Electronics Return Policy
- Electronics that arrived defective, damaged, or in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days.
- Items damaged by misuse or missing components may incur a restocking fee.
Customizable Products
- Notify us within 14 days if there’s an issue with customization.
- Returns are only accepted for manufacturer defects or errors.
- Original packaging and tags must be included.
Missing, Extra, or Wrong Items
- Missing Items: Contact us with a detailed description of missing accessories.
- Extra Items: If you received an extra item by mistake, email returns@orthopedicdrills.co.uk with “Received Extra Item” in the subject line for a prepaid return label.
- Wrong Items: Submit a return request via our Online Returns Center and select “wrong item sent” for a refund or replacement.
Digital Products
- Unless stated otherwise, activation codes and software are non-returnable after purchase.
Mattresses & Pads
- Must be returned within 30 days in original, unopened packaging for a refund.
- Opened mattresses may be eligible for an exchange.
